The Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy, created by Sharon Danzger, uses a small cohort model (limited to 10 participants). Course content is thoughtfully designed around input from senior leaders and HR partners. Managers will enjoy a blend of training, group and individual coaching, and peer connection over the six-month virtual academy. The benefits of the intimate, supportive network endures beyond the program.

This program is ideal for building a more collaborative environment while providing essential leadership skills for newer managers. A validated measure is used at the beginning and end of each cohort to assess “leadership efficacy”– the level of confidence an individual has in the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with leading others.

The Lab was created by Giselle Timmerman and is designed for intact teams. This program was created around a simple concept: wellbeing is a team sport.

Our individual wellbeing at work demands social support. High-quality teamwork is associated with high wellbeing and resilience. This Lab offers leaders and their teams the opportunity to have a data-informed and practical discussion about how to develop stronger individual wellbeing and team resilience.
