1) Plan and Roles: Agenda, whether it's a decision-making or information-sharing meeting, define the roles of the participants (skeptic/supporter or strategic/tactical). Thus, start with WHY, WHAT, HOW, WHO?
2) Emotions: What emotional tone do you want to set? How can you create positive emotion or make your meeting the most fun part of someone's day?
3) Actions: Have people type in the chat the actions they'll take as a result of the meeting.
