Robert has a bachelor degree in psychology from Swarthmore College, an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and a Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to coaching, Robert worked as a management consultant and a professional model and actor.

Robert’s first book, Happiness from the Inside Out: The Art and Science of Fulfillment, has been translated into Chinese. His recent book, Love from the Inside Out, was released in March 2022.
