Lorraine is a Leadership/Executive Coach with more than 20 years of experience working with C-suite and senior executives. She helps them increase awareness of their own models of the world and create new ways to see themselves in order to drive strategic success and live healthy, meaningful lives. She asks intuitive, solution-focused questions emerging from her background in positive psychology and neuroscience. Lorraine’s mission is to help 3 million people transform their lives and businesses through her talks, book, and coaching.
Lorraine has earned a master’s degrees in business administration as well as Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) and Master of Coaching Psychology degrees.

Ilene is the CEO of Silicon Valley Change (SVC) and an executive leadership coach. Leveraging her graduate work in Life Transitions, Ilene helps her clients thrive in the midst of ever-changing environments. Greater confidence, enhanced relationships, and improved communication skills are some of the gains her clients report.
Ilene earned a BA degree in social sciences from UC Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Life Transitions Counseling from The University of San Francisco. She is a certified Positive Psychology Coach and Practitioner, and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a certified Shift+ 360 Practitioner.
Lorraine has worked with several retailers such as the Arcadia Group, Monsoon Accessorize, Debenhams, and Screwfix, in addition to manufacturing, sales and financial services businesses. She is a managing director of a coaching and leadership training company in the UK.
Lorraine is the author of Hare’s Journey of a Thousand Miles: Life Coaching with a Twist, and she presented a TEDx talk titled From Stress to Success.
