JJ is an executive/leadership coach and facilitator. He is especially passionate about enabling women to realize their potential. His human capital development engagements have been primarily with the C suite and high potential executives of companies of all sizes from startups to Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, Google, Turner Construction, and Infosys.
JJ earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai and an MBA at Rutgers University. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. He is also a certified assessor of the Hogan Personality Assessment.
Before coaching, JJ held leadership positions at Microsoft, Accenture, HP and Target. In his last role at Accenture, he managed a team of professionals spanning 9 countries.
JJ has been a jury member and mentor at the Microsoft Accelerator program and is an active investor and advisor to startups. He is a faculty member at KPMG Academy and at Deloitte University Asia-Pacific.
JJ lives with his wife in Bangalore, India. They are busy checking off their bucket list of places to visit and experiences to try. Driven by his passion to support women’s leadership, JJ mentors economically or situationally disadvantaged women pro bono.
