James is an executive coach specializing in leadership development, habit formation, and high-performing teams. Applying a robust suite of positive psychology and leadership tools, James helps his clients build a vision for success and then execute it with confidence and precision. He is driven to help his clients see, believe in, and harness their giftedness to become influential leaders in their respective fields.

A graduate of Macquarie University with a Bachelor in Education degree, James applies his knowledge of learning strategies to conduct transformative coaching sessions. His credentials include the Certified Personal & Executive Coach (CPEC), Strengths Profile,  DISC professional, and Maxwell Leadership coach certifications.

James has coached engineers, business owners, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs.  He currently serves as the manager for leadership engagement for a large business in Sydney, Australia.

James has crafted and delivered numerous workshops on leadership topics such as fostering psychological safety, defining strategic objectives, crafting vision and mission statements, giving effective feedback, establishing accountability, and resolving conflict in positive ways.
