David completed a master’s degree of applied positive psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University, and coach training at the University of Miami. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Before coaching, David held leadership roles at Yahoo!, MasterCard, and other leading organizations.

Not Garbage.TM.” David has been featured in media including ABC, NPR, Univision, Forbes, the Chicago Tribune, and the Los Angeles Times.
When he’s not coaching, speaking, or writing, David enjoys life with his wife and two daughters.
