Stella earned a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Stella brings over 20 years of experience coaching leaders and developing organizations, having coached more than 1,800 leaders and spoken to over 115,000 people across 45 countries. Her clients include global organizations such as Google, Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Citibank, and NBCUniversal.

She has also partnered with Happify to design an online game called, Get Unstuck. She now resides in Oakland, California, with her husband, Ilya, and daughter, Linor.
