Stephen earned a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). His other certifications include Leadership Circle 360 Assessment, Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Certification, Hogan Assessments, Shift+ Interview Based Executive 360, and ICF Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC).

Stephen started his Coaching career as an Internal Coach in Airbus in 2011 building on top of education and many years work experience as an Aerospace Engineer and Program Manager. The switch to Coaching stemmed from a ten year journey in Meditation, eastern philosophy and Somatic Psychology.
