Louisa earned a Solution-Focused Coaching Certificate and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Toronto. She has a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor and a Certified Insights® level I and II Instructor.
Louisa has been successfully working with organizations for over 20 years as a well-being educator, retention specialist, resilience expert, corporate career transition coach and team building facilitator.

Stella earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Barnard College and the Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Formerly a regular contributor to MSNBC’s Your Business show, Stella has also been featured for her insights on business and happiness on news outlets including ABC News, The Today Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Vanity Fair. She has lectured for New York University, MIT, Barnard College, Rutgers, and Bowdoin College.
Louisa appears regularly on CBC radio and has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company and Oprah Magazine. Louisa is a featured expert in the documentary The Science of Happiness. She is also the host of Audible’s The Awesome Project podcast and the author of the best-selling book, Wire Your Brain For Confidence: The Science of Conquering Self-Doubt.
Louisa has taught positive psychology at the University of Texas, Dallas, and the University of Toronto.
Louisa is a student of the Second City Stand-up Comedy program which makes her talks not only informative, but also highly engaging.
Louisa is the founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association and the Canadian Workplace Well-being Awards. She regularly shares with an international audience the latest knowledge and practice about how to improve well-being at work.
