Omid holds a bachelor degree in engineering, a master’s degree in socioeconomic systems engineering, and a Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from Buckinghamshire New University. He also has certificates in Psychology, Positive Psychology Coaching Interventions, and LEGO Serious Play. He is certified in Appreciative Inquiry by from Champlain College.

For more than two decades, Omid worked as executive director and consultant in multi-national organizations in Europe, Asia, and North America. He has conducted several personal/executive development seminars and workshops in academic conferences and organizations worldwide.
In the last decade, Omid has coached and consulted with companies and entrepreneurs in IT, engineering. and clean-tech. His client companies include MID Group, Cole Engineering, QEA Tech, and VMware.
Omid is frequent public speaker on strengths and meaning in the workplace. He usually introduces the book, Character Strengths Matter, to the audience as an applied science resource.
