Lola has a bachelor’s degree in computer science. She has also earned master’s degrees in applied positive psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and in organizational development and consulting from Peres Academic Center.

Lola has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has also earned master’s degrees in applied positive psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and in organizational development and consulting from Peres Academic Center.
Lola Rokni has 15 years of experience as a software engineer and manager in hi-tech companies including IBM. She has also taught positive interventions at IDC Herzliya and created her own organizational consultancy.
Lola lives in Modlin, Israel, with her partner, two cats, and two teenagers who raise her to be better. She loves reading and mountain biking. She believes in constant learning.
