Giselle earned a Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from New York University.

Giselle worked for a decade in strategy and management consulting. She developed a passion for working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and psychology.
In addition to teaching on change and organizational health, Giselle also designs and delivers experiential growth programs that have lasting impact on leadership growth, team development, and culture change. Her clients include established companies such as Vistaprint, Adevinta, and PepsiCo, as well as scale-ups such as Glovo and Stuart. She is honored to serve in a global leadership role at the International Positive Psychology Association for the past 6 years.
